Photographer Becky Yee is a native New Yorker and energetic force of nature who holds a 4th degree Blackbelt in Kendo.

She was first place winner in both the Women’s Individual and Team Kendo competition in Shibuya-ku Tokyo, Japan where she lived for 10 years.

When not practicing martial arts or taking pictures Becky loves to run marathons and sometimes does both simultaneously as she did during a race over the Great Wall of China.

Her athletic skills and photography assignments have taken Becky to 38 countries and she loves sharing it all through the lens of her camera.

These experiences of adventure and spirituality enable Becky to create an intimate connection with the viewer through her images.
